A Framework to Update the Plan to Coordinate NEHRP Post-Earthquake Investigations

Task Order 27 (ATC-101 Project), A Framework to Update the Plan to Coordinate NEHRP Post-Earthquake Investigations. This report identifies a number of issues that should be considered in the development of an updated plan for coordination of NEHRP post-earthquake investigations. The issues cover a wide range of topics from how and when the plan should be updated, to whether specific aspects of the plan should be changed from the current approach outlined in USGS Circular 1242. It is envisioned that a future effort will update the plan considering the framework presented in this report, information contained in USGS Circular 1242, and future legislation for NEHRP.
