FEMA 355A, State of the Art Report on Base Metals and Fracture

The ATC-41f (FEMA 355A) report, State of the Art Report on Base Metals and Fracture, was funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California Office of Emergency Services (OES) and produced by the SAC Joint Venture (published 2000, 107 pages).

ABSTRACT: This report summarizes current knowledge of the properties of structural steels commonly employed in building construction, and the production and service factors that affect these properties.
